Description

Welcome to Sørvágsfjord, a stunningly beautiful fjord located on the western coast of the Faroe Islands. Today, we invite you to join us on a tour that will take you to some of the most spectacular filming locations for the new Disney movie "Peter Pan and Wendy." Our local and experienced guide will lead you on an unforgettable journey that will take you through some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world.

Our first stop will be Tindhólmur, a strikingly beautiful island that was selected as one of the primary filming locations for the movie. Tindhólmur is a small, rocky island that is surrounded by dramatic cliffs and crashing waves. As we sail around the island, you will have the opportunity to see firsthand the locations where some of the most exciting scenes in the movie were filmed.

As we continue our journey, we will head towards Drangarnir, a stunning sea arch that was also featured in the movie. This incredible natural wonder is formed by two rocky cliffs that rise up from the sea, creating a beautiful archway that is perfect for photos. Our guide will tell you all about the history of Drangarnir, and how it came to be such an iconic landmark in the Faroe Islands.

One of the highlights of our tour is the opportunity to see Mykines, an island that was featured prominently in the trailer for "Peter Pan and Wendy." From our boat, you will have an incredible view of the island, and you will be able to see the exact angle that was captured in the movie. Mykines is known for its stunning natural beauty, and it is a popular destination for bird watchers and nature lovers.

Throughout our tour, our guide will share fascinating stories about the making of the movie, and why the Faroe Islands were chosen as the perfect location for filming. You will learn about the challenges of filming in such a remote location, and the incredible efforts that were made to capture the natural beauty of the islands on film.

Our tour lasts for approximately one hour, and the price is 650kr per person. We recommend that you bring a camera to capture the stunning scenery and the memories of this unforgettable experience. So come join us on a journey through the breathtaking landscape of Sørvágsfjord, and discover for yourself why the Faroe Islands are one of the most magical and inspiring locations for filming in the world.
