Tíggjará, Kaldbaksfjørður (in Kaldbaksfjørður where the river Tíggjará meets the ocean).

The hike starts at 11am.

Duration: Approx. 4-5 hours

About the hike

The guide will lead you along the river and then 346 m up the mountain, till we reach the exact center of the Faroes.

After a short stop with this beautiful view, we continue along the river, till we reach the two lakes Stóravatn and Brúnavatn. After a short stay, we walk down to the old Viking-village Kaldbak.
